Our Almond Croissant is golden, flaky, and indulgent - yet entirely gluten-free and plant-based. A reimagined classic!
To enjoy at its best: warm your croissant at 160°C for 5 minutes. For a touch of indulgence, finish with a light sprinkle of icing sugar and a mist of water.
🌱 Ingredients: Rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca starch, buckwheat flour, chickpea flour, psyllium husk, extra virgin olive oil, vanilla extract, salt, raw sugar, yeast, coconut oil, almond meal, almond essence, lemon juice, icing sugar, almond flakes, xanthan gum. (All ingredients organic where possible)
