What you'll need: Kitchen scales (recommended) or cup & teaspoon measurer, large mixing bowl, loaf tin (approx. 21cm x 11 cm), salt (8g or 1 & 1/2 tsp), lukewarm water (420g or 1 & 3/4 cups),

Optional Toppings: Sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seed, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, buckwheat kemels, sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, herbs, spices, olives.

🌱 Ingredients:

Psyllium husk, tapioca flour, rice flour, buckwheat flour and millet flour. (All ingredients organic where possible.)
