A French classic with layers of golden pastry wrapped around rich, dark chocolate. Our Pain au Chocolat is crafted to bring a moment of indulgence with every bite.
To enjoy at its best, warm your Pain au Chocolat at 160°C for 12 minutes. For a touch of indulgence, finish with a light sprinkle of icing sugar and a mist of water.
🌱 Ingredients:
Rice flour, buckwheat flour, chickpea flour, tapioca starch, corn starch, psyllium husk, yeast salt, raw sugar, extra virgin olive oil, vanilla extract, coconut oil, dark Ghana chocolate, icing sugar, xanthan gum (all ingredients organic where possible)
